MSP is a proven program management framework that organizes large, complex programs into manageable, interrelated projects. This MSP Foundation and Practitioner Certification course will give you a deep understanding of the principles, governance themes, and transformational flows defined in the MSP framework. With this training, you will be able to demonstrate better program management skills, improved adaptability, and flexibility when working in a volatile, ever-changing program environment.

This MSP Foundation and Practitioner Certification Training course will furnish you with expertise in MSP principles, governance themes, and transformational flows defined in the MSP framework, a renowned program management standard across Europe. The roles and responsibilities of program management explained in this course will advance your ability to engage and meet the business requirements of your organization and develop a solution oriented approach to risk mitigation, issue management, quality control, and stakeholder management. The training program is designed to ensure that you pass your MSP exams on the first attempt.

The examination fee is not included in the course fee.
 
When you have completed MSP Foundation & Practitioner training course, you will receive a course completion certificate along with a certificate stating the number of PDUs. You have to:
  • Complete 85% of the course
  • Complete one simulation test with a minimum score of 60%

MSP Foundation Examination
Exam Format
  • Multiple choice
  • 75 questions per paper with one point per question
  • 5 questions are trials and not counted in scores
  • 35 marks out of 70 required to pass  (50%)
  • 60 minute duration
  • Closed book 
MSP Practitioner Examination
Exam Format
  • Objective testing
  • 8 questions per paper
  • 40 points out of 80 required to pass (50%)
  • 2 ½ hour duration
  • Open book (only the official MSP manual is allowed)

There are no prerequisites but candidates must pass the Foundation-level exam to be eligible to take the Practitioner exam.
